I have used iSlayer's iStat Pro for a long time now, and have never been anything less than totally impressed. Now they take things one step further with the launch of iStat Menus, where you can monitor various aspects of your system in your Apple Menu Bar. Things like CPU and memory usage, network bandwidth, IP addresses, and fan speed, plus a whole lot more. The application is freeware and can be downloaded now.
